. Next Election:
1. I am standing for Greville Ward in the Stonnington Council Election as a true INDEPENDENT. and
2. I have not done a HTVC (How to vote Card). and
3. I have not filled all of the Council questions - I have obviously done the Induction before Nominating and have an overview of the Council paperwork regarding Council functions - which overview PLANS and Council VISIONS . I cannot quote them line for line and do not agree or disagree with them in totality - and the option that I will support or not support their legal aspects by declaring that I have total understanding of them leaves me with the only choice of "Not answering the questions", and
4. The "Candidate leaflet " which will arrive with the Ballot paper and return envelope; - is the easiest way to access my nomination intentions and policy like details - has my WEB page as an easy link to a short precis form to my A . Background, B. Election credentials, C. Philosophy for Equality, D. Expectation of a Business Production in the Australian Democracy along with the Expectation of Public Service Production (at the Council/State/Federal coordinated Constitutional for, by, from Separation of Powers), and
5. This Election : Is about the last 4 years and whether or not any voting citizen interprets those years for oneself and one's relatives - as having been treated as equal? Equality is Insured in Legislation as Legislatures by Relative Age and Actioned and Ensured by the Public Servants employed from the Council, from the State employees and from the Federal employees to act on my behalf). and
6. Further- This Election is about previous Equality by Age: i.e. Did in the last 4 years the levels of Government talk to each other regards MY self and my families (read as 1st Person) Wellbeing? And were the reasons any mandates during the period of this Council - which were deficient- changeable in Law?
0-16 Years Equality for Nurturing?
16-18 Years Equality for Secondary School Leavers to enter careers? (University students have the right to reassess traineeships on completion of studies)
18 -up to Retirement Equality of Jobs in Government Services and in Private Business?
Pension Retirement Equality of Needs for those that have Aged requirements and those with Disability requirements ?
7. MY POLICY as a brief overview:
a. Let us make sure that any deficiencies in the past 4 years are addressed to go forward. I intend to assure those less able to speak for themselves will have a voice in ME as a true Independent using the Democratic meaning of "Separation of Powers", and
b. Separation for my Equality by my Council, my State and my Federal Government Representatives to the extent that I have confidence in Government levels of governance to assure open accountability of Democratic process to me and my relatives of different ages., and
8. My Election would enable me to vote from laws that demand equality of my NEEDS by Government Action by ensuring personal Services and by Government Action by physical Infrastructure services and ensuring that there is always a large majority working in businesses under higher averaged incomes than all (council, State and Federal Public Servants with strict Government controlled safety and education regulations ,and
9. I would insist on a very $ dollar being openly accountable from Council for the needs of person to person services and Council Infrastructure services in my walking zone - now called Greville Ward - e.g. - the minimum known standard as assurances of safety for those living in the council and walking on footpaths, and
I would insist on the availability of Child care and Primary Schooling and Secondary Schooling and Tertiary schooling for those using Government funds in Council Places, and
I would assure all relative ages with the minimum accountable access to health Infrastructure services available anywhere else State wide ( e.g. such as the Prahran Swimming Pool (and Saunas and Spa as a personal favorite).
